One-on-One Pilates classes are specifically planned for individual goals and needs such as:
Learning and understanding the pilates method, it's rationale and principles
A total body workout with a focus on Core Strength
To provide extra challenge and build strength and stability in specific muscle groups for specific sports or activities
To assess progress and set and monitor physical goals
Improving flexibility
When beginning an exercise program or rehabilitating from an injury where group exercise is not yet suitable
One-on-one sessions are ideal for individuals with back pain - with approval from your health practitioner.
Personal Pilates training can be booked at flexible times and locations - either at our studio or in your home or workplace.
One-on-one sessions are currently $77 per hour and may be shared with a friend. (Additional fee may apply to off-site sessions. 24 hour cancellation policy applies)
