Pilates @ Jow Ga One-on-One Classes
One-on-One Pilates classes are specifically planned for individual goals and needs such as:

  • Learning and understanding the pilates method, it's rationale and principles
  • A total body workout with a focus on Core Strength
  • To provide extra challenge and build strength and stability in specific muscle groups for specific sports or activities
  • To assess progress and set and monitor physical goals
  • Improving flexibility
  • When beginning an exercise program or rehabilitating from an injury where group exercise is not yet suitable
  • One-on-one sessions are ideal for individuals with back pain - with approval from your health practitioner.

  • Personal Pilates training can be booked at flexible times and locations - either at our studio or in your home or workplace.

    One-on-one sessions are currently $77 per hour and may be shared with a friend. (Additional fee may apply to off-site sessions. 24 hour cancellation policy applies)
