The Australian Jow Ga Kung Fu Academy runs group events at our location or yours for special occasions as well as ongoing staff support workshops and workplace health initiatives. Our corporate classes are a great way to improve staff interaction, increase job satisfaction and provide positive workplace attitudes. Training takes place in an energetic, challenging and supportive environment. Classes are designed to be suitable for men and women, for all levels of fitness.
At a typical kung fu class training begins with warm up, conditioning exercises, followed by stretching. Punching and kicking combinations and drills are learned and practised with a partner, frequently rotating partners throughout the whole group - a great way to break down barriers and aid Team Building.
Jow Ga runs ongoing group classes and event workshops from student body sports specific training through to corporate and local government staff support initiatives. Pilates core training can be added or offered as an alternative activity. For a holistic staff support day additional mind-body practitioners such as masseurs, dietary, naturopathic and herbalist consultants can be included .
